Finally, we had a cold weather Auburn football game. As the morning wore on, the temperature steadily dropped. By halftime, it had grown pretty brisk. This is the way things should be. It reminded me of my childhood, coming to Auburn for football games in the cold weather. We would park in front of Lowder and play football on the lawn. Rooster's was right across the street. The cold weather would hurt my lungs as we played.
The game didn't go our way, which is no surprise. But the experience of watching Auburn football with my dad in the cold weather was awesome. War Eagle.

Amen. What a game it was. Proud of our effort, and proud of Mother Nature for coming through for our last home game like always. War Eagle. Let's get that new coach in here pronto and get excited about last season.
Kodi Burns is poised to be the best quarterback Auburn has ever seen. Just wait. He will razzle and dazzle you until you can't take it anymore. I remember Dameuyune Craig, this guy blows him out of the water. Mark my words. We will be in Atlanta playing for the SEC Championship very, very soon.
Oh man what memories. Riding up to Auburn in the van eating memaw's ham biscuits. Getting there super early and getting wings from roosters. Playing tackle football with random other kids. And on top of all that a football game? What more could a boy ever want.
